Okay, so I’ve been tracking this Venus conjunct Mars transit for a while, and I finally decided to put some focused energy into working with it. I started by setting the mood.
Getting Started
First things first, I cleared my space. I mean really cleared it. I swept the floor, wiped down surfaces, and even burned some sage to get rid of any lingering stagnant vibes. I wanted a fresh, clean slate to work with.
Then, I gathered my tools. I’m a bit of a crystal junkie, so I grabbed my rose quartz (for love, obviously) and a piece of carnelian (for passion and creativity). I also lit a few candles – pink and red, naturally – to enhance the romantic and fiery energy.

The Ritual
Once everything was set up, I sat down and took a few deep breaths to center myself. I visualized Venus and Mars, these two powerful planets, coming together in the sky. I imagined their energies blending, creating this potent force of love, desire, and action.
- I wrote down my intentions. Very important step. I didn’t want to just vaguely “work with the transit.” I wanted to be specific. Things like, “I want to attract more passion into my existing relationship,” and “I want to feel more confident in pursuing my creative projects.”
- Then I spoke my intentions aloud, with as much feeling as I could muster. This is a bit.
Embarrassing, to admit. But, felt, right.
- Then I meditated for about 20 minutes, just focusing on the feeling of love and passion, letting it fill me up.
- Lastly, I took action. The smallest step. I text my partner to set up the date, and open a new document to start that project.
The Aftermath
After the ritual, I felt… different. Lighter, somehow. More energized and optimistic. I definitely felt a shift in my energy, like a little spark had been ignited. Of course, it’s not like my life magically transformed overnight. But, this transits are all about planting seeds, right? It’s about setting intentions and taking that initial step. I’m excited to see how things unfold over the next few weeks as the transit continues.
It’s a journey of the small step I did. Just keep tracking and do it!
