Okay, so I’ve been digging into tarot again lately, and I got curious about how the “7 of Wands” card might reflect how someone sees you. I decided to do a little experiment on myself.
First, I grabbed my favorite tarot deck and shuffled it real good, focusing on the question, “How does [specific person’s name] see me right now?” I laid out a simple three-card spread – past, present, and future – but really zeroed in on that present card.
My Pull and Initial Thoughts
And guess what? I pulled the 7 of Wands. At first, I was like, “Huh, interesting…”.

I spent some time staring at the card. You know, really looking at the image. The guy on the card, he’s kind of standing his ground, defending his turf. It made me think about the dynamic between me and this person.
Digging Deeper into Meanings
Then I got my tarot journal out. I’ve got all these notes on card meanings, and I started jotting down some keywords for the 7 of Wands:
- Defensive
- Protective
- Standing up for yourself
- Challenged
- Holding your own
Then I try to think if the person can see me as being challenged, I think there’s something or someone blocking the road. I am not sure but I’m trying my best to put all my effort.
The “Aha!” Moment
And I can feel how the person see me. I am pretty sure, I am not a quitter. Even the person maybe thinks I am hard-headed some times.
It wasn’t about them viewing me negatively. Maybe, they see me as someone who’s fiercely independent, maybe even a little stubborn, but ultimately someone who will fight for what I believe in. That felt pretty accurate, to be honest.
It was a cool little self-reflection exercise. Tarot, man… it’s more than just fortune-telling. It really gets you thinking!
