So I’ve been thinking about what I really want to do, you know? Like, what are my real intentions? And I got this idea to use tarot cards to help me figure it out. I picked up the “The Chariot” card and, man, it got me thinking.
First off, I grabbed my tarot deck and shuffled the cards. I tried to clear my mind, but it’s not that easy. Thoughts just keep popping up. Anyway, I laid out the cards in a simple spread, just a few cards to see what’s up.
Looking at the Card
The Chariot card is pretty intense. It’s got this warrior dude in a chariot, looking all determined and ready to go. There are these two sphinxes pulling the chariot, one black and one white, like they represent different forces or something. It kind of reminded me of different sides of a tough decision.

- The warrior: This guy made me think about taking control of my life and making things happen. No more sitting around!
- The sphinxes: These two showed me that there are always different paths, and sometimes they’re pulling you in opposite directions.
- The chariot itself: I figured this is like my will or my drive to move forward, even when things get tough.
What I Did Next
After staring at the card for a while, I started writing down some thoughts in my journal. I asked myself some questions, like:
- What’s driving me right now?
- What do I need to control better in my life?
- Where do I want to go, and how am I going to get there?
It was kind of a mess at first, just a bunch of random thoughts, you know? But then I started to see some patterns. I realized I’ve been letting other people’s opinions sway me too much. I need to trust my own gut more.
Making a Plan
So, based on all this, I decided to make a plan. Nothing too crazy, just some small steps I can take to get closer to what I really want. For example, I’m going to start saying “no” more often to things that don’t align with my goals. I also decided to set aside some time each day to work on my personal projects, even if it’s just for 30 minutes.
It’s not like everything suddenly became crystal clear, but this little exercise with The Chariot card definitely helped me focus. It’s like I’ve got a better sense of direction now, even if the road ahead is still a bit bumpy. I’m gonna keep this card in mind as I move forward and see where this chariot takes me!
