Okay, so, today I wanted to talk about something a little different—libra food. Yeah, I know, it sounds a bit out there, but I got into this whole astrology thing recently, and it’s been kinda fun. I’m a Libra, born in early October, so I started looking into what that means for, like, everything, including what I eat. I read somewhere that as a Libra, I should be all about balance.
I found that Libras are supposed to vibe best with foods that are high in protein but low in fat and sugar. I love eating meat and junk food, but I got sick a while ago and realized I need to be mindful of my diet, so I did an experiment. I started with breakfast. Instead of my usual sugary cereal, I cooked some eggs. Just two, scrambled, with a bit of salt and pepper. It was easy enough, but man, it felt so much more… grown-up, you know?
Lunch was a bit trickier. I tried to incorporate more seafood, as I read it’s good for Libras. I’m not a big fan of fish, to be honest, but I found some frozen fish fillets at the store, and they were alright. I just pan-fried them with some lemon. It wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t terrible either.

- Breakfast:
- Scrambled eggs (2) with salt and pepper
- Lunch:
- Pan-fried fish fillets with lemon
- Dinner:
- Broiled chicken breast with steamed vegetables
For dinner, I went with broiled chicken breast and a side of steamed vegetables. I read that Libras should avoid food that ruin natural pH, so I tried to follow this rule. I seasoned the chicken with some herbs—nothing fancy, just what I had in the cupboard. The veggies were just some broccoli and carrots, steamed until they were soft but not mushy.
My Libra Food Experiment Result
I did this for a few days, and I gotta say, I felt… different. Not like, magically different, but I didn’t feel as sluggish as I usually do after meals. It was more like I had steady energy throughout the day. Plus, I didn’t get that afternoon slump where I just wanted to nap. I think there might be something to this whole Libra diet thing. I did it for about a week, and I felt better than before, which surprised me. I will continue to do some research and see if I can incorporate it into my daily life. I mean, it’s all about balance, right? And maybe the stars know a thing or two about that.
