Okay, so the other day I started seeing the number 816 everywhere. It was kinda freaky, but in a good way, you know? Like, I woke up, and the clock read 8:16 AM. Then, I went to grab coffee, and my total came out to $8.16. It kept happening throughout the day. I felt like the universe was trying to tell me something, so I decided to do some digging.

So I signed up for a local Toastmasters group. My first speech was terrifying, but I did it! And you know what? It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, I might say I enjoyed it.
Over the next few weeks, I kept working on my list. I started reading more books, I made an effort to connect with old friends, and I even started meditating for a few minutes each day. It was like a switch flipped inside me. I felt more energized, more focused, and more positive about the future.

And the 816 thing? It started to fade away. I didn’t see it as much anymore, but I didn’t mind. I felt like I had already gotten the message. It was a reminder to trust myself, to take risks, and to keep moving forward, even when things get tough. I’m still working on my list, and I know there will be more challenges ahead, but I’m ready for them. I’m excited to see what the future holds, and I’m grateful for that little nudge from the universe, that 816, that got me started on this path.
