Okay, so today I decided to dive deep into the Nine of Pentacles card from my tarot deck. I wanted to really understand what this card embodies in a person, so I went through a little exercise.
Getting Started
First, I grabbed my favorite tarot deck and shuffled it while focusing on the question: “What kind of person embodies the Nine of Pentacles?” Then, I laid out the cards and, of course, the Nine of Pentacles popped up – it felt like the deck was really listening!
My Observations and Journaling
- I spent some time just looking at the card. You know, the woman in the fancy garden, with the falcon and all the pentacles. She looks so calm and self-sufficient.
- Then I grabbed my journal and started writing down everything that came to mind. Words like “independent,” “successful,” “disciplined,” and “abundant” filled the page.
- I also thought about people I know who seem to have that Nine of Pentacles vibe. My friend Sarah, for example, who built her own business from the ground up and now lives life on her own terms, totally came to mind.
Putting It into Practice
After scribbled all my thoughts and made connections with the card ,next thing,I tried to embody those qualities myself. Just for a day, I focused on:
- Enjoying my own company.
- Appreciating the things I’ve already accomplished.
- Making conscious choices that align with my long-term goals.
The Outcome?
It was actually pretty cool! I felt more grounded and centered. Taking that time to connect with the card’s energy helped me appreciate my own journey and the abundance in my life. Even simple things, like enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in my garden, felt more meaningful.
It’s not like I suddenly became a millionaire, haha! But it definitely shifted my perspective and reminded me to appreciate where I am and what I have. It showed me the importance of self-reliance and enjoying the fruits of my labor. I’ll for sure do some more of this kind of thing going forward!
