Okay, so I’ve been getting into tarot readings lately, and I wanted to try something new. I found this thing called the “Wheel of Fortune” spread, specifically for love readings. Sounded kinda cool, so I decided to give it a shot.
Getting Started
First, I grabbed my tarot deck. I’ve got this one with really pretty artwork – makes the whole experience feel more, you know, mystical. I shuffled the cards, really focusing on my love life… or lack thereof, haha.
Then, I laid out the cards in the Wheel of Fortune pattern. It’s basically a circle with one card in the middle. Here’s how I remember placing them:

- Center: This card is supposed to represent the “core” of the situation.
- Top: What’s helping me.
- Bottom: Obstacles.
- Left: The past!
- Right: What might happen.
- Top Left:What I aspire to.
- Bottom left: What I’m worried about.
- Top Right: External factors.
- Bottom Right:Best course of action.
My Reading
I am not going to put every card I have drawn, but for example, my center card was… The Lovers! I mean, I have got a good feeling about this!
For the “past” position, I drew the Five of Cups. Reversed though, I think it means I’m finally getting over a past heartbreak and moving on. On the “right” side (the near future), I got the Two of Cups. Two cups! Partnership, connection… things are looking up!
The “obstacle” card was a bit of a downer – The Tower. Which, you know, means big changes, upheaval. Maybe a relationship is going to end in a very bad way? The “best course of action” card, though, was the Strength card. That told me I needed to be brave and face whatever’s coming head-on. It’s kinda all connected, you see?
Making Sense of It All
It took me a while to piece everything together. I looked up some interpretations online, cross-referenced with the little booklet that came with my deck, and just thought about how it all applied to my life.
Overall, I think the reading was pretty accurate. It highlighted my past baggage, my hopes for the future, and the challenges I might face. The Wheel of Fortune itself is all about cycles and change, and that definitely resonated with me.
It’s not like it gave me a crystal-clear answer about who I’m going to marry or anything, but it did give me some good food for thought. I feel like I have a better understanding of my own feelings and what I need to do to move forward.
I will update this in the future.
