At this point, I was starting to get a little frustrated. The Page of Swords reversed often leans towards a “no”.
I tried the one-card draw a few more times, just to see what would happen. And you know what? The Page of Swords reversed kept popping up. It was like the deck was messing with me or something. I think you can try more than one card. For example, three cards, which is my favorite. If it is upright, it means “yes”. On the contrary, it means “no”.
So, what did I learn from all this? Well, I’m still not sure. Maybe the Page of Swords reversed really is a “no” card most of the time. Or maybe it just depends on the question and the energy you bring to the reading. I guess the takeaway is that tarot, even for simple “yes or no” questions, can be more complicated than you might think. It’s not always a clear-cut answer, and maybe that’s part of the fun. I’ll probably keep experimenting with it, just to see what else I can discover. And I will try to use three cards next time.
