Okay, so let’s talk about these Capricorn tires from Evoluxx. I’d heard a bit about them, mostly how they’re pretty good for the price, and I was in the market for some new tires, so I figured why not give them a shot?
First off, I did a bit of digging online. Seems like the brand is owned by some company called Shandong Linglong Tire Co. I saw some numbers – apparently they score an average of 7.9 out of 10, which isn’t too shabby. Handling got an 8.2, and traction a 7.7, which sounded promising. Longevity was also an 8, so that’s good too.
I went ahead and ordered a set. Getting them installed was no big deal. The guys at the shop didn’t have any issues, and soon enough, I was driving around on my new Capricorn tires.
Right away, I could feel a difference. I’m not gonna lie, these things grip the road really well, both when it’s dry and when it’s raining. I took them on a bit of a road trip, nothing too crazy, just some highway driving and a few twisty back roads. They handled everything like a champ. Turns out these are ultra-high-performance tires, and it shows.
My Impressions So Far

Now, I haven’t had them for that long, so I can’t say for sure how they’ll hold up in the long run. But so far, so good. They seem pretty durable, and the tread is holding up nicely. Plus, they look pretty slick on my car. And honestly, for the price, I’m really impressed.
