Alright, let’s talk about this water thingy, Aquarius, you know, the one they got all them symbols for. I ain’t no scholar, but I heard some things, seen some things, and I’ll tell ya what I know. It ain’t gonna be fancy, but it’ll be straight, ya hear?
First off, they call it Aquarius in them fancy books. Sounds like some kinda fish tank cleaner to me. But it’s supposed to be about a fella carrying water, a “water-bearer” they say. Now, in China, they got their own way of lookin’ at things. They call it 水瓶座, which I guess means the same thing, water and a jug or somethin’.
- They got this whole zodiac thing too, like animals and such. I heard tell that Aquarius lines up with the Tiger in their system.
- Tigers, now them’s strong critters, brave and all that. Makes sense, I guess, Aquarius folks always seem to have a mind of their own, like a tiger prowlin’ around.
- But then there’s this other thing, the Black Tortoise of the North. Sounds spooky, don’t it? Apparently, that’s where this Aquarius fella hangs out in the sky, according to them Chinese star-gazers.
It’s all a bit confusing if ya ask me. One minute it’s a water guy, next it’s a tiger, then it’s a black turtle. Can’t they just make up their minds? But I reckon it’s all about findin’ different ways to see the same thing. Like lookin’ at a cloud, one person sees a sheep, another sees a hat, ya know?

This Tiger thing, though, it’s kinda interesting. They say Tigers are fearless, bold, stand out in the crowd. Sounds like some folks I know. Always gotta be the boss, always gotta be right. And black is their color, like the night, mysterious and powerful. Makes ya think, don’t it? Maybe these old-timers knew a thing or two.
Then there’s the Rabbit, which they say is like Pisces, another one of them star signs. Rabbits are gentle, artistic, kinda soft. Not like the Tiger at all. It’s funny how they got all these different animals, each with their own personality, just like people.
Now, I ain’t sure what all this means for you. Maybe you’re a Tiger, maybe you’re a Rabbit, maybe you’re just a good ol’ water-carrier. But one thing’s for sure, people have been lookin’ at the stars for a long, long time, tryin’ to make sense of it all. They come up with all these symbols and stories, tryin’ to understand who we are and where we’re goin’.
So, next time you see that Aquarius symbol, that little water jug thingy, remember the Tiger, remember the Black Tortoise, remember the Rabbit. Remember all them stories and try to find your own meanin’ in it. It ain’t about right or wrong, it’s about what speaks to your heart.
And don’t let them fancy folks with their big words fool ya. They might know all the fancy names and dates, but the truth is, nobody really knows for sure. It’s all a big mystery, and that’s what makes it so interestin’. Just like life, ya never know what’s around the corner. So keep your eyes open, keep your heart open, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll figure it all out.
But then again, maybe it’s all just a bunch of hogwash. Who knows? I surely don’t. But it’s fun to think about, ain’t it? Like lookin’ up at the stars on a clear night and wonderin’ what it all means. That’s somethin’ everybody can do, no matter how fancy or how plain they are.
Anyways, that’s my two cents on this Aquarius symbol thing. Take it or leave it, it don’t matter to me. I just told ya what I heard and what I think. Now, I gotta go make some supper. This talkin’s made me hungry.
